About the Doula
Kira Wray
After experiencing a c-section with her oldest daughter in 2007, Kira started her journey of learning more about pregnancy and childbirth. This birth may not have looked like she had envisioned, but it was the catalyst that she didn’t know she needed to dive into educating herself and adjusting her perception of birth. Three years later, she experienced the empowering home VBAC of her son. The homebirth of her second daughter followed two years later. Her birth experiences sparked a desire in her heart to serve women as a doula.
Kira and her husband, Andrew, have been blessed with their 3 children on Earth and 3 saints in Heaven. When she isn’t supporting mommas as a doula, you can find her crocheting, reading, spending time with her family, tending her chickens, and learning about any and everything!

Congratulations! Pregnancy can be such a beautiful, yet overwhelming, time in a woman's life. Even with a supportive partner and family, having another woman to walk along with as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world can bring a gentle, understanding, and supportive presence to your overall experience.

A doula’s goal is to provide resources and guidance while you advocate for yourself, offer physical, mental, and spiritual support during this amazing time, and show you different comfort measuresso you can birth your baby the way that you desire.
